  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is in its original condition, with no significant damage, stains, or alterations.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, follow these steps:

  2. Include the Following Details:
    • Your full name and contact information.
    • Order number and date of purchase.
    • Reason for the return (optional but appreciated).
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Drop the package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as instructed.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at admin@sarivo.co with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
